If something in List Log isn't working the way it should, or you've got a question about how templates, groups, or log entries behave, we want to hear about it.

If I edit a template, what happens to runs I've already logged?
Nothing. Every log entry captures a permanent snapshot of the template at the moment you started that run. Editing or even deleting the template afterward never changes a record you've already created.
Can I export a log entry, or a template's full history?
A single run can be exported as a PDF. A template's complete run history can be exported as a CSV for analysis in a spreadsheet.
What's the difference between an input item and a reference item?
Input items are filled out by whoever's running the checklist, each time. Reference items are set once by the person who designed the template, and just displayed for reference — for example, a link to a how-to video.
I found a bug. What should I include in my report?
The name of the template or log entry involved, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps too, if you're able to attach one.
Your data
List Log is developed by Llanwit Creations LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles and how.
The templates you design, and the log entries you create when you run them, are stored on your device and synced through iCloud so they're available across your own devices and backed up under your Apple ID. We don't run separate servers that store a copy of your checklist data — it goes from your device to your iCloud account, the same way Apple syncs Notes or Reminders.
Because syncing goes through iCloud, Apple's own privacy practices govern how that data is stored and transmitted between your devices. You can read Apple's policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.
If you email support@listlogapp.com, we'll have your email address and whatever you choose to tell us, so we can reply. We keep that correspondence only as long as needed to resolve your question.
PDF and CSV exports are generated on your device and saved or shared the way you choose to save or share any other file on your phone — we don't receive a copy.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and, where required, let you know in the app.
Questions about this policy can go to support@listlogapp.com.
