Llanwit Creations LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the List Log iOS application (the "App"). This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The App is designed to minimize data collection and keep your information under your control.
Information we collect
The App is designed with privacy in mind and does not collect or transmit personal information to us except in the limited cases described below. We do not know who uses the App on an individual basis beyond voluntary support contact, and we do not maintain any servers that store your templates, log entries, or other user-generated content.
User content you create: templates, groups, items, log entries, and attached photos or PDFs. This is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via iCloud, under your own Apple ID, for access across your devices and backups. Apple's iCloud privacy practices govern synced data — see apple.com/legal/privacy.
Device and usage data: crash reports, performance metrics, and diagnostic information, collected only through Apple's own built-in diagnostic and crash-reporting systems, and only if you have diagnostic sharing enabled in your device settings. We do not use any third-party analytics or crash-reporting service — Apple is the only party involved in this data.
Support communications: if you contact us at support@listlogapp.com, we collect your email address and the content of your message to respond and resolve your issue. We retain this only as long as needed.
No tracking or identifiers: the App does not collect personal identifiers, usage analytics tied to individuals, location data, health data, financial information, or anything else that would let us identify or profile users, beyond voluntary support communications.
How we use your information
To provide, maintain, and improve the App — for example, fixing bugs identified through Apple's crash data.
To respond to your support requests.
To generate exports (PDF/CSV), which are created entirely on your device.
We do not use your checklist content for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than providing the App's core functionality.
Sharing and disclosure
Apple iCloud: synced data is handled by Apple under their own privacy policy. We have no separate servers and no independent access to your synced content.
No third-party vendors: we do not use any third-party service providers, analytics platforms, or crash-reporting tools. The only outside party involved in handling your data is Apple, through iCloud and built-in device diagnostics.
Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in response to valid legal process.
Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information we hold (such as support correspondence) may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not
Sell your personal information or checklist content to third parties.
Share your content with advertisers.
Run targeted ads based on your logs or templates.
Use any third-party analytics or tracking tools.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, relying on local device storage and Apple's secure iCloud infrastructure. No system is completely secure. We recommend using a strong device passcode, Face ID/Touch ID, and keeping iOS up to date.
Your rights and choices
Access, correction, deletion: you control your data directly on your device. You can delete logs or templates locally, or manage your iCloud data through Apple's own settings. For data related to support correspondence, contact us directly.
Opt-outs: you can disable iCloud syncing or diagnostic sharing at any time in your device settings.
California / CCPA rights: California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Exercise these rights by contacting us at support@listlogapp.com.
GDPR / international users: if you are located in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you may have additional rights, including access, rectification, erasure, and objection to processing. Exercise these rights by contacting us at support@listlogapp.com.
Because we do not collect or store identifiable user data on our own servers beyond support correspondence, exercising these rights primarily involves managing your device and iCloud data directly through Apple's own settings, or contacting us regarding support communications specifically.
Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it.
Data retention
We retain support correspondence only as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry. User content remains under your control on your device and in your iCloud account at all times.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any revised version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify you within the App or by other means where required by law.
