Checklists

• Create reusable checklist templates organized into named groups.
• Add, reorder, and delete groups and items within a checklist.
• Set checklists as Active or Inactive — inactive checklists preserve all run history.

Eleven item types

• Checkbox, Yes/No/N/A, Number, Short Text, Long Text, Date, Date & Time, URL, Photo, PDF, and List of Values.
• Items can be designated as Input (filled in each run) or Reference (fixed value set by the designer, displayed read-only during every run).
• Input items can be marked Required or Optional — completion status is calculated automatically.

Runs

• Start a new run from any active checklist. Every run captures a permanent snapshot of the checklist structure at the moment it was created.
• Auto-save: every value is written immediately — no save button, no lost work.
• Leave a run in progress and resume at any time. Tap Finish Run to record the completion timestamp.
• Manually override the Complete/Incomplete status of any run at any time.
• Edit values in a completed run.

Export & import (full access)

• Export any completed run as a formatted PDF — includes all groups and items, URL hyperlinks, and embedded photo thumbnails.
• Export all runs for a checklist as a flat CSV file for analysis in a spreadsheet.
• Export a checklist's structure as a CSV for sharing or editing.
• Import a checklist from a CSV file. Full validation before creation — no partial imports.
• Export a pre-built starter template demonstrating all eleven item types.

iCloud sync

• Automatic sync of checklists, runs, photos, and PDF attachments via iCloud. Available to all users including the free tier.

• Free tier includes one checklist with unlimited runs and full run viewing.
• Single one-time purchase unlocks unlimited checklists and all export/import features. Supports Apple Family Sharing.
