If I edit a template, what happens to runs I've already logged?

Nothing. Every log entry captures a permanent snapshot of the template at the moment you started that run. Editing or even deleting the template afterward never changes a record you've already created.

Can I export a log entry, or a template's full history?

A single run can be exported as a PDF. A template's complete run history can be exported as a CSV for analysis in a spreadsheet. Both require full access.

What's the difference between an input item and a reference item?

Input items are filled out by whoever's running the checklist, each time. Reference items are set once by the template designer, and just displayed for reference during a run — for example, a link to a how-to video or a specification limit.

I found a bug. What should I include in my report?

The name of the template or log entry involved, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps too, if you're able to attach one.
